These Terms apply to contact requests submitted through wacasa.fi.
2. Contact requests
The form lets users ask Wacasa to contact them about accommodation, corporate agreements, availability, quotations or other services. Submission is a contact request only and does not itself create an agreement.
Users are responsible for the material accuracy of submitted information and their right to provide it. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data, unlawful content, malicious code or unrelated material.
3. Processing and acceptance
By submitting the form, the user asks Wacasa to process the enquiry and, where necessary, contact them by email or telephone. The request may be forwarded internally to the person responsible.
Submission requires acceptance of these Terms and confirmation that the Privacy Notice has been read. This is not consent to direct marketing.
4. Availability and liability
A contact request does not reserve accommodation, confirm availability, constitute an order or create a binding offer or agreement. Any agreement is concluded separately.
The form uses TietoWare Forms and TietoWare App and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical failures or security measures. Wacasa does not guarantee uninterrupted availability; the user may use the published email addresses or telephone numbers if the form fails.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, Wacasa is not liable for loss caused solely by temporary form unavailability, network interruptions, inaccurate contact details or a technical failure preventing delivery.
5. Changes and law
Wacasa may amend these Terms when its services, technical implementation or applicable law change. The version in force at submission applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
